The American Bovine Foundation is a non-profit organization.  Our mission is the improvement of large animal husbandry, genetics and health by encouraging veterinary students and graduating veterinarians to enter the area of bovine practice.  Our goal is to increase the number and availability of rural practitioners throughout the cattle raising areas of the United States. We further wish to support research seeking to improve bovine husbandry, genetics or health. 

 

We are hosting a Gala and Expo Event at the Brazos County Expo in Bryan, TX on September 7-8, 2019.

You are cordially invited to participate in this first annual Gala and Expo event.  The American Bovine Foundation will be referred to as Sponsor throughout this document.  A trade show expo will be going on while educational seminars and livestock exhibit are being conducted.  Show hours are from 10a.m. to 6p.m. September 7, 2019. Set up on September 6, 2019 is from 5p.m. until 9p.m.  All booths must be in place and ready for sales by 9:30a.m. At 9:30 a.m. booths will be inspected. September 8, 2019 show hours are 11:00 a.m. to 3p.m.  Tear down will not be allowed until 3p.m. Please do not vacate your space until after the heifer exhibit.

Booth prices are $75 for a 10’ x 10’ space.  If you are a corporate sponsor your booth space is included in your sponsorship.  Corner booths are $100. If you need additional spacing there is no discount for additional spaces.  Outside vendor space is available for $300 12’ x 40’. Additional space available.

***Qualifications for free booth space: Corporate or Ranch Sponsors, Veterinarian Schools/Colleges or Breed Associations.  We still need you to fill out the booth space information but no payment is needed.***

Payment will be made in full no later than August 1, 2019.  The term of payment is for the purposes of exhibit hall rental and remainder balance for donation purposes for the American Bovine Foundation.

Vendor attest to hold all proper establishment licenses issued by the appropriate local and state authorities.  Vendor hereby attest to be properly insured with general liability insurance. Vendor attest to having the proper property and risk insurance. Said insurance documents must be made available upon request of Sponsor.

The Sponsor is not liable in case of theft.  The trade show room will be locked September 6th at 9p.m. and reopened September 7th at 8a.m.; then locked at 6:30 p.m. on the 7th to be reopened at 10:30 a.m. on the 8th.

Electricity is limited.  Please register early to ensure your electrical needs are met.  Specify your electrical needs. Please provide the proper extension cords needed to operate.


 

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Vendors will strictly adhere to show hours and set up, tear down.

  • Vendors will receive a 10% discount on Gala tickets.

  • Vendors will not use set-up display or decorations causing damage to floors, walls or other structures.

  • Vendors will not use duct tape, tacks, nails or staples to secure to Expo structures including taping cords to floor.  Painters tape and Gaff tape are allowed.

  • Vendors will clean up their booth area upon departure.

  • Vendors will utilize their purchased space without exceeding allotted space.

  • Vendors will keep isle clear of any merchandise or display that would impede traffic.

  • Vendors will adhere to a no smoking in the building policy.

  • Vendors will be courteous to each other when unloading/loading; to include access to door ways for loading and unloading.

  • Vendors will not block provided fire exits, emergency procedures such as fire pulls or extinguishers.

  • Vendors are not allowed to have open flames including candles.  Flammable liquids or materials under high pressure are prohibited.  This includes; but is not limited to gasoline, kerosene and propane.

  • Vendors with special needs please notify us in advice and we will accommodate those needs.

  • Vendors will have a designated parking area and parking passes will be in your vendor packet.

  • Vendor passes will also be in your vendor packet.

  • Vendors of each type service such as clothing, jewelry, knives, etc. will be limit to 3 vendors per group.  This is to ensure you will have a successful show. Our success is dependent on your success.

  • Vendors must provide their own extension cords.

  • No animals are allowed in the Expo Buildings except for approved service animals.
